Is it possible to retrieve lost data from the excellentable?

Hello,

Strange thing happened. I was working on excellentable and some data inside the sheet. For couple of days it stayed there, but yesterday somehow it suddenly gone. Everything inside the excellentable document. Maybe you know what it could be?

And when I look at the document/folder wharever, it shows only the blank document and the date when it was created, northing more.
