Is it possible to use a Misc Custom Field in a built in report (like a Burndown Chart)?

We are using the JIRA Misc Custom Fields plugin to automatically calculate and populate several Calculated Number Fields. We would like to use one of these fields in place of Story Points in a burndown chart. The field is not available in the dropdown, and it is also not available in the drop down in the board's configuration of estimation section. Can these fields be used in a report?

No. You can't use plugin fields on the boards.

Screenful add-on can create various charts, including Sprint burndown chart, using the calculated fields by the JIRA Misc Custom Fields plugin. These fields will be available out-of-the-box once you've installed the Screenful add-on and you can select them as unit to you charts.
