I've installed a few of the Atlassian Team Playbook to Confluence Cloud instance. The templates look good. However the Team Health Monitor doesn't look like setup correctly.
I've attached a screenshot. Can anyone confirm?
I can confirm I am seeing the same thing. Am using Confluence Cloud also.
The templates/blueprints for The Leadership Team and Service Team Health Monitor both load OK.
@Warren Rowe , just want to check ... Team Health Monitor isn't loading correctly for you, but the Leadership Team and Service Team Health Monitor are loading correctly.

Yes correct. To be clear I do not get any errors installing the Project Team Health Monitor. However when I create a new page using the template it looks like your picture above i.e. not right.
I fixed by simply editing the Project Team Health Monitor Global template. I stole the overall layout from the Service Team Health Monitor Global template and amended the 8 categories using the Text from the Project Team Health Monitor page in the Playbook. https://www.atlassian.com/team-playbook/health-monitor/project-teams
If I could figure out how to export the template I would be happy to share.

I can confirm as well. The blueprint got messed up. I assume the data dictionary blueprint got uploaded to this app instead of the project health monitor.
