Is there a cost for support?

Dear support, we have not bought a risk management plugin yet but are seriously considering https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.projectbalm.riskregister.riskregister-jira/server/overview

In terms of support I see it written that "ProjectBalm supports Risk Register" however it is not clear if there is an associated cost to support.  Is it just the one time fee that is required? And support is free of charge?
