Is there a schedule for BigPicture demo environment refreshes?

I was hoping to show the BigPicture demo site to a team and it is currently in the middle of a refresh cycle, one which has taken well over an hour.

Is the refresh schedule posted anywhere?  How long do these normally take?

One year later update - it looks like the demo/sandbox environment is gone for good.

when I did BigPicture consulting I used my own instance on jira cloud. you could do this. Usually the people at SoftwarePlant restore everything in a short time.

Yes, but that would mean building and maintaining it, which has a cost in time, effort, and dollars - it was nice having a sandbox ready whenever the need arose.
