Is there a way to add Jira Cloud Bot to all chats?

I want to add the chatbot to all my existing chats. Is there an easy way to do that in bulk or have it included in chats by default? The message option doesn't seem to work half the time so @bot seems like a better option.

You can't add a chatbot to all your chats in bulk or include them by default.
