Is there any application convert from process map to taks ?

Now, I find some function from process map to task or Issue in JIRA.

1. I want to make Process map or Dependency map first,

2. And then, Just select each step and make new JIRA Issue or Task

As  I know, Currently, for making dependency map in JIRA,

I have to make Issue -> Gantt Chart -> Dependency Map.

Also, Before that, I should make User Field also.

But, I need reversed function.

So, If you guys know some function, methon or Add-On, Please let me know.

I am not sure I understand what you are looking for, but have you looked at the app Dependency Map for Jira? With that app you can manage your dependencies (i.e., Jira links) graphically and also create different views of you dependencies with color coding and grouping of issues based on selected Jira fields. No need to create any Gantt charts.
