Issues in Structure cannot be removed

I created a Structure board and in my filter for the board I am filtering out any issue that is done, cancelled or invalid. When I test the filter in the issues search it works fine. When I go to the board they are still displaying. What am I missing? When I attempt to remove them from the board I get "Cannot remove issues from board... Acknowledge

The said message appears when a user is trying to remove an issue in a structure, the content of which is added by an Insert Generator(that adds issues from a particular Agile Board or several boards). In a case of structures built by Generators, possibilities for manual reorganizing of issues in them are limited.

As for the filtering out of issues in a structure - if a given query returns right results when searching for issues, it should also work in a structure. If a Filter Generator is added to the structure with the same query, issues should be removed as well. Filter transformation can also be used, but this transformation will only work when the Automation editing mode is turned off(the mode can be changed by clicking the ‘Automation’ button). There can also be a misconfiguration of the ‘Filter on level’ setting, causing filtering to go on a wrong level of a structure.

Please feel free to try to add a Filter Generator to the structure and check if it’s set to work on required levels.
