JEditor email format

Hi,

We use JEditor for Description and Comments of some of our projects. However, we noticed that emails sent our by Jira are not formatted correctly, we are getting html markups like below:

<p>This Epic is a general bucket to capture the questions and issues being raised during the Lab integration</p>

<p>Below table will list the question/issue along with status, jira reference, and notes. Please edit the description as new things come up and close out items as they finish.&nbsp;</p>

Any tips?? Thanks in advance

Hi there,

Jira diff renderer doesn't support HTML format. Here's how to workaround this problem:

My company has run into the same problem.  Using the JEditor addon and it put's the code in the emails it sends out and also in the ticket description and it's very annoying.  Any ideas on how to make this stop?
