JIRA Automation: Copy and use current field's value upon "Edit Issue" action

I have a decision issue that I would like to enforce a template with. So during issue creation I want to preserve what a user may have entered in the Description field and place it in a specific place within the template. Here is what I have so far, I just don't know how to insert the current field value within the template

I knew it was simple enough. The answer was simple to insert this where necessary:
