JIRA Gantt-Chart: List of tickets displayed not complete

Regis February 11, 2013

Hello

I have a JIRA project set with the add-on Gantt Chart 2.1.4. In the global configuration, I have Planned Start & Planned End selected. In the Project configuration, I have re-scheduling enabled.

For this project, I have a filter collecting all pending tickets, whatever type they have (tasks, sub tasks, New features, etc...).

when In JIRA, selecting my project, and Gant-Chartt, & using my filter, I cannot see the full set of tickets which are the results of my filter, but only 2 of them.

I tried to force through the 'generate planning dates for issues not having start/end date', but it did not valued the attributes for the whole set of tickets, only for the two which are displayed...

I'm sure not to understand how it works; I cannot see any difference between the two tickets which were initialized with Start/End Date, and those which were not initialized.

Any help is welcome.
