I downloaded JSU v. 1.3.1 for use with JIRA 5.1.3. It wouldn't even load as-is. I unzipped the JAR file and had to add the project key, name, description, and version into the plugin manifest. I zipped it back up and at that point, it would at least load. Now, however, I cannot enable any of the modules. When I go to Admin -> Plugins -> JIRA Suite Utilities and click "Enable" to enable all modules, it spins and fails with "The call to the JIRA server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure of the result of this operation." and my log file says:

Hi Erin,
JSU 1.3.1 is compatible with JIRA 5.1.3 and I have never seen such problem.
Have you tried to install it trhough the UPM?
1 - Download the plugin .jar file;
2- Go to UPM and use the install option.
Let me know how it goes.
