We purchased JIRA Workflow Toolbox today. Got a message saying wait 1-3 days. Well, it expires tomorrow on Saturday. Can we get an extension on the eval license until the real license comes through?
To complicate matters, we are upgrading our main JIRA license from 50 to 500 users. We have an approved purchase order, and are now waiting for our purchasing department to cut the check. So in the interim we are using an eval license so we can allow more than 50 users. Anyhow, hopefully that won't complicate matters, because I get this message in JIRA when trying to check on purchased add-ons:
"No production license found"
"You cannot retrieve purchased add-ons from My Atlassian with an evaluation license."

Hi Dave,
You can get more than one evaluation license for JIRA Workflow Toolbox. Evaluation licenses don't have any limit in the number of users. You can get a new 1 month long trial license from plugin's site at marketplace, (click at "30 Day Trial").
If you have any problem to get the new trial license, don't hesitate to contact me directly at (fcarmario@gmail.com).
Regards and thanks for using JIRA Workflow Toolbox,
Fidel Castro Armario.
