Jira Cloud Bot - Please enter valid url

I tried everything, every guide, every doc. I can't get JIRA bot working. But just the bot, everything else is working fine. Bot always saiys: Please enter valid Url

Any Idea or Recommendations?

Have you tried to re-install the add-on?

Yes i have reinstalled it several times on teams and jira. Just the bot doesn't work.
i will contact you due the form.
