Jira username could not be fetched error

I am trying to configure from Outlook and I receive an error message that the Jira username could not be fetched. Any help troubleshooting would be appreciated.

Could you please elaborate a bit on this? In general the Jira username should be entered in the config section and thus is should not be fetched. What does the connection test return after setting username, password and the server's url?
