License Not Working for 5.2.2 compatible version of Zephyr for Jira

Hello,

When applying my Zephyr for Jira license key to the 5.2.2 compatible version, it does not accept it.

Do I need to update my license somehow?

Hi,

There are two non-compatable locations to put licenses in Zephyr for JIRA. The desired location is determined by where you got the license, either from Zephyr or from Atlassian.

Please review the following documation and see if this resolves the issue. If it doesn't, please let me know.
