We have bought Zephyr and now need to import the test cases in the tool. We downloaded the Zephyr importer utility but our legal team is looking for a licensing agreement which defines the terms and conditions of the usage of the utility. Can you direct us where to get that or please provide us those T&Cs else we might not be able to utilize the utility.
Hi Prithwiraj,
The License has been added to the website already. It is located here:
https://bitbucket.org/zfjdeveloper/zfj-importer
Kind Regards,
Emily
Hi Prithwiraj,
I just found out that we are planning to release this under Apache 2.0: http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html
We also will be adding this to the importer website as well.
Kind Regards,
Emily

Hi Prithwiraj,
The Zephyr for JIRA tests utility importer is provided as an open source utility. If you go to the following link you can see the source code for the utility available:
https://bitbucket.org/zfjdeveloper/zfj-importer/src
We have many customers who have used the source code to enhance the importer to work with their specific needs.
Since the utility is open source, there is no license account or agreement with it.
Kind Regards,
Emily

Hi Emily,
Thanks for responding. I understand that this utility is an open source but generally for all open source the owner still provides a license else legally there is a risk to use it. It would be great if you can provide any simple licensing agreement or let us know if having zephyr license covers it.
Looking forward to hear back from you.
Thanks,
Prithwiraj
