Links from Gliffy to headings in Confluence page not working

When I select Insert Link\Page Content for a selected word in a Gliffy diagram, not all headings in that Confluence page display for selection - only one or two. (The Confluence page has been saved.) I am using Confluence 5.3.1; and Gliffy Plug-in V6.02. Any ideas?

We have this kind of issue in Gliffy 6.9.1 with Confluence 5.9.11.

After removing special chars like "-" in the page title the links work. I opened a request at Gliffy for this issue.
