Hi,
I'm currently testing the add-on with Local files.
Here's an example of a mail file:
To: Thierry.Dupont@domain.com
From: Pierre.Paul@domain.com
Subject: (TEST-123) Test456
<resume>test1212test</resume>
<detail>Testdescription</detail>
<Lame>ExCf</Lame>
The mapping is set and email provider is set to "domain.com"
My issue is that the mail handler try to parse the mail, then delete it without the creation of an issue:
I tried to enalbe "notify to mail-sender" when errror, with no result.
What can i do to check when the parsing fail or to get the thing work ?
Ok, completly my bad.
It seems that it was only because i didn't jump a line between the subject and the body of the mail.
It works a bit better now, but i still can't get any other field than summary..
Again,
Seems, that it was only because i used a special kind of multiple choice field.
The plugin works perfectly with the native multiple choice cf !

I've reduced the number of field by one and i still have this issue:
Here is the mapping:
And the body of the mail is just:
To: Thierry.Dupont@domain.com
From: Pierre.Paul@domain.com
Subject: (TEST-123) Test456
<title>test1212test</title>
