May Atlassian Expert use a promotion code in addition to 20% discount?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Developer Documentation: Pricing, payment & billing

So, the question is whether Atlassian Expert may use a promotion code (i.e. for a 10% discount off the regular price) and if so, what would happen then. Would Expert get a 30% discount or 10% discount off the price accounted for a regular expert 20% discount?

The promotional discount applies in addition to any Expert discount.

For example, imagine the add-on has a sticker price of $1000. An Expert who is already eligible for a 20% discount redeems a 10% promotion for the add-on. The price would be:

$1000 sticker price
- $200 Expert discount
$800 net of Expert discount
- $80 promo discount
$720 final price

So in this case the combined discounts amount to 28% off.
