we've been in contact over our support channel some time ago but I wanted to answer also here to the community.
For Microsoft/Outlook, we support Office 365 compatible APIs. As it looks like, you can have a hybrid setup, which means you have your Outlook On-Premise but still be able to use the Microsoft Graph REST API. (This Api is required to use Meetical.)
To be transparent to the community here we are still in the process evaluating if this really works, but as far as our research shows, it should. Here are the Requirements you need to fulfill and then you should be able to use Meetical: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/hybrid-rest-support - Do not hesitate to get in contact with us and please share your experience and more information here.
If you first want to test drive Meetical to see how much value your organization get's from it, you can also use the free private Outlook accounts (https://outlook.live.com) and trial the product before making or requesting changes to your Outlook configuration.
