Migrate electronic signature

Hi

We want to change plugin for electronic signatures from Electronic Signature Fields by Andrey V Markelov to Intenso's Electronic signature plugin. Is there a way to migrate the signatures made on issues in some way? We need to keep track on all signatures made, but we don't want to keep the old plugin in the system anymore.
