Hello,
I've got a jira service desk project and insight application installed and configured.
I have an object scheme with some test objects in it but this doesn't show in the insight objects link in the service desk and it says "no insight objects found", see picture
After an extremely infuriating process of trawling poorly written documentation, and experimenting with why this was or wasn't working for me, I believe that the issue I encountered was related to the use of inherited attributes. When I removed the "project" attribute from the parent object type, and re-created it at the child, it worked fine.
Thanks. This was helpful.
