Many thanks for your information.
I will try through your guide. After that i will share my result to you
Best Regards.
Please download and install latest version 3.2.2 from my server at http://www.polscheit.de/plugins/jira/gantt-chart/gantt-3.2.2-JIRA6_2015-07-24T08-37-08Z.jar
After installation, please click on "configure" add-on as system admin and finish by clicking on "apply" to take over defaults and your local settings/modifications. Then switch to your project, select "Default" from the list of provided filters. Getting a result, choose the filter you want to use: does this work for your?
If the AJAX-Post request cannot be send from your browser to the server, please have a look at your configured JIRA baseUrl. It should be the same, you are accessing the Gantt-Chart from your browser.
If you still get exceptions, please send me your JIRA log file as well as a copy of the content of your browser console for further analysis.
Unfortunately, I did not get a notification email concerning your prior comment in May - sorry for answering that late. Can you please use the official way by clicking on menu item "Support Request" within the menu on the left hand of "export" on the top right of a Gantt diagram. Automatically, you will get an account within my JIRA and a related issue will be created based on your email including the necessary, pre-filled infos as also described within the Gantt-Chart section on JIRA's page "manage add-ons".
Kind regards,
Frank

Hi Frank,
First of all, thank you for your help.
I expected the Gantt-Chart should be showed if I chose the another filter when the problem occurred.
But It didn't, I looked into the packets to web server, which is Jira, It doesn't send the POST request to web server.
Additionally, the filter that caused the error message had already been removed.
[ the request captured by packet monitoring ]

Hi "wemakeprice",
please have a look at your used JIRA filter, switch to advanced mode and modify the part "project = DB.." into "project = xyz" taking xyz out of the combobox listed in brackets in order to use the project key instead.
Independent from that aspect of different character sets, the query can only work if project "QA" is named "DB...". If both are different projects, the result set would be empty based on logical AND of projects (an issue cannot belong to multiple projects). May be, you are using a JIRA filter within another project not having enabled Gantt option "multi-projects"?
Kind regards,
Frank
