Orasi JIRA Bridge for HP Quality Center FullSync Fails

Hello,

Check Field Mapping and Integrity Check passed successfully, but

I got the following error when I start the full Synchronization:

I use HP Synchronizer 1.40.0.1084 in the description HP Synchronizer 1.3 is required, but I do not have the possibility to download.

After adding Folders jirafolder jirafolders and jira folder I get a different error message, do you know what this means:
