Percent complete for Parent Issues when child task marked done.

There is functionality available to sent the percent complete to 100 when a task is marked done.  HOWEVER, it does not go back and recalculate percent complete of the tasks above it in the hierachy.

You can go back into the Gantt and force updates, but you'd have to know which tasks were updated to know which to trigger an update.

How have folks handled this?

Hi,

Now, the only way to know the updating is that editing other %done(progress) fields. it makes Gantt screen (Java Script) calculates the %done(progress).
