JIRA v5.2.9
JAVA v1.6.0_35
This is the error I get when I try and install the plug-in:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/plugins/com.jplugs.board/version/5014. Check that the file is a valid add-on.
Is this my problem or the plug-in's?
Still unable to install. However, I no longer want to evaluate this plugin
I would first start by making sure the Univeral Plugins Manager is up to date.

Thanks for the reply Joe
I updated the UPM but no luck. I got that same error. I have no problems installing other plug-ins, just this one.
Could not find a handler capable of installing the add-on at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/plugins/com.jplugs.board/version/5014. Check that the file is a valid add-on

Curious, are you trying to download and or install version 5.0.14? https://www.jplugs.com/jacrm/index.jp?file=download.vm#46106
Their site here seems to show newer versions now available. Up to 5.2.9.

Well, from the Atlassian Marketplace for JIRA I'm seeing it listed as v2.1.0. and from the jPlugs site it's listed as v2.10. I think the 5.2.9 you're seeing is the latest version of JIRA it's compatable with. I even tried spinning up a new JIRA instance to try and install that plugin, but got the same error. I'll try it on a new OS tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
