Per the release notes:

The look and feel plugin was previously relying on LESS variables in core. 

We have updated the look and feel plugin with fixes, so if you encounter undefined LESS variables, we recommend you upgrade to the latest version on MPAC.

Hi Thomas,

I did some more investigating and was able to reproduce your issue. It seems that the "Accent color" must be set to a colour other than the default. (I could set the header to pink and the accent color to green and the plugin worked as expected.) So a workaround for now is to set the accent color to your preferred color. For example: #42526e (the new default accent color) or #3572b1 (a slight modification to the old accent color). I raised a bug to track this problem.

Please let us know if that doesn't solve your problem.
