There is a gantt plug in that allow to drag and drop tasks or bug fixing or change request from a resource to another resource?
We would like to do resource management also from Gantt
In the same plug in there is the chance to see a total gantt about the sum of all the tasks and the workload on individual resource?
Could you recommend the best plugins for the previous requirements?
Dear Virna,
do you have the JIRA-trial version installed on a computer within your company or do you use an Atlassian-hosted cloud JIRA instance?
Kind regards,
Frank

Your server seems not to allow access, which often is a result of using URLs within the browser other then the configured JIRA's baseUrl. Can you please check e.g. by opening your browser's console? The Gantt-Chart add-on put detailed infos into the client console as I have described on my wiki (https://polscheit.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=4980750).
Kind regards,
Frank

Please have a look at the Atlassian Marketplace at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/de.polscheit.jira.plugins.gantt, section "pricing overview" as this depends on the amount of JIRA users, which have to be the same for JIRA itself and all related add-ons.
Kind regards,
Frank

Using my Gantt-Chart for JIRA add-on, you can re-assign by enabling edit mode (1) and click on the assignee field (2) rather than by drag'n drop:
edit-assignee-1.gif
Then select your preferred project role and then the related assignee: that a big benefit in larger companies rather than just selecting the assignee as you can explicitly select the members of project role e.g. "developer" to focus and choose from that sub-list. For sure, alternatively you can just select from all assignable users as well:

Having assigned issue to different team members, you can switch from the view above (agile board of JIRA Agile) to the default Gantt-Chart view, grouping by assignees beside other configurable aspects:

The little figures per day within the row of each assignee illustrates the planned daily average amount of work based on original planned estimation as well as based on remaining estimations.
If you collapse rows of assignee, you'll get a nice overview of your team:

Per assignee row, you'll see within a single row all related issues, which may overlap (assignment of multiple issues to a team member in parallel): issues are display in semi-transparency (30%), so it becomes darker if more issues overlap to indicate multi-work per day/time unit.
Kind regards,
Frank
PS.: you can download latest version of my Gantt-Chart for JIRA 6 from my server at http://www.polscheit.de/plugins/jira/gantt-chart/gantt-3.2.0-JIRA6_2015-06-19T21-34-46Z.jar, install that JAR-file, click on "configure" add-on and finish by "apply" to take over defaults and your local settings.

We use an Atlassian-hosted cloud JIRA instance
My Gantt-Chart add-on is available for server-based JIRA instances behind the firewall as documented on the Atlassian Marketplace: I am sorry, but the cloud-based version hasn't been published, yet.
Kind regards,
Frank

Dear Frank,
we are using the trial version of the plug in as the JIRA trial version, in order to test it.
Perhaps is it expired?
Could you help me?
Kind regards
Virna

Looking at your URL " https://serijakala.atlassian.net";, is it correct that you are using Atlassian hosted JIRA as cloud service?

Dear Frank,
we can't access to the plugin because we receive the message below
[ErrorCollection{status=403, errors={}, errorMessages=[You are not allowed to see JIRA configuration.]}]
Could you help me?
Kind regards
Virna

The price has to pay just once and includes support like updates/upgrades for one year. Following years renewals cost 50% of the initial price. That's Atlassian's standard conditions for their own tools as well as for most of the Marketplace add-ons, too.
Kind regards,
Frank
