Hi
We downloaded and installed the last version of the product but the issue with the summing of custom fields still exists.
Standard fields are summed correctly.
Kind regards,
Marc Vander Jeught
Hi Benjamin John
I marked the fields as "non indexed value" as requested but the results are still incorrect.
KInd regards,
Marc
Hi Marc Vander Jeught,
could you please choose the "non indicated field" option in the sumup field configuration? This should fix your issue.
If this does not help, please let us know.
Kind Regards,
Benjamin John

Additional info. As I noticed in another topic about issues with filters that re-indexing could solve the problem I tried it but it did not change anything.
