QR Code Macro Suite 1.0.0 disabled on confluence 3.5.17

Installed QR Code plugin on confluence 3.5.17 running on JDK 1.6 latest.

Upon installation, all the macros for this plugin show up as disabled.

The plugin manager shows a message 'This plugin has one or more modules with missing dependencies'.

Nothing seen in logs.
