Hello,
I'm trying to check if the issue have a comment to trigger my automation. The OOTB JQL can't check that so I was wondering how should I use the advanced compared condition to verify that.
Thanks guys !
Hi Maxime,
Can you clarify the need? Do you want to trigger the automation when a comment is added?
Hi John,
I just want a condition checking if they are any comments on the ticket.
Trigger : Issue transition
Condition : Comments must not be empty
Action : Copy comment to another ticket.
The JQL don't work for empty comment so I'm experimenting with advanced compared condition to no avail..
Thanks !

Gotcha. Take a look at this example (I have an action of updating the Description field, but you could add other actions).
