Hi.
We are running the Atlassian REST API Browser Version 3.2.2 with Bitbucket Server 6.5.1.
On a freshly provisioned system, the browser shows wrong URLs by duplicating the API information (see screenshot).
Any call from the UI leads to an HTTP 404.
However, the REST API itself works just fine.
So, it seems that something must cause this duplication.
Does anyone have an idea on what it could be?
Thanks in advance!
We encountered this problem on Confluence.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-57887
There is a blog post on our site that explains why (or better: "when") this happens (on Confluence):
https://www.smartics.eu/confluence/x/8AR8Bg
There is a way to remove the problem in case you have access to the source code of the installed app providing the REST API. But for all other use cases I assume we have to wait until CONFSERVER-57887 has gathered enough interest.
Thank you so much, Robert!!!
Great blog post!
I think we'll wait for an update instead of messing around.

I guess this issue isn't fixed as I'm still seeing bad urls - back to Postman

Also seeing api/2 duplicated at the beginning of the URLS without any way to configure it otherwise.

REST API Browser Version 3.2.2 is running fine with Jira server 7.10.2. After I upgraded Jira server to version 8.5.2, I get duplicated api/2 in URLs for the same version.
Seems that the REST API Browser 3.2.2 is not compatible with Jira 8.
Has anyone found any other workarounds (without editing codes)?

This has been resolved in version 3.2.3 - Please upgrade to get the fix!

The plugin's repository is at https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/rest-api-browser/src/master/
I have raised an issue there referencing the confluence ticket and this question including Roberts great write-up. The issue can be found at https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/rest-api-browser/issues/11/path-problems-with-the-rest-api-browser
This will bring the correct visibility to the issue
