Atlassian marketplace support ignores me, what could I do?

Hi!

I have a marketplace app, but this app is currently hidden from public view.
and I don't know why.

I see an alert in the marketplace vendor account:
"This app is currently hidden from public view. To change this setting, please contact Marketplace support."

07/Feb/19 I've created a ticket for marketplace support. But they do not answer.
I see that one guy asked same question in this community and they answered to him.

Juris.

Hello Juris,

Your application may be hidden due to a missing election of how your app stores customer data. This election will be visible under the details section of your manage app page. You may also have to provide a "Data Security and Privacy Statement" as well if you have not done so already.

If this is not the issue of your app being hidden, please provide us with the Atlassian ecosystem support request ID that was provided when you created a case. Once I have this request ID, we can further assist.

Yes, field "Data Security and Privacy Statement" is empty.  Since that field was not mandatory and our add-on do not send or gather any client data - we did not know that we need to make a statement.

So when I will make a documentation and copy the URL, Atlassian team will automatically review the information and make add-on public again?

Regards,

Juris.

Hello Juris,

Thank you for reviewing my answer and checking to see if you had selected an option.

Once you have made a selection and submitted any missing documentation, then your add-on should be reviewed and allowed, if applicable.

You may also update your support case with the changes you've made and they can then review the new updates.

Stephen Sifers

One of the champions asked them to chase it up with them.  I'll do that.

I was under the impression that each app in the marketplace has an independent developer whom is responsible for support; is this true?

I need help with Jira Desk Widget but can't get a response from the dev; where do I go?
