Automation on Transitions

Hello,

I have a workflow having status from New to InProgress etc... and I used a transition "Taken Into Account" between the stauts New and InProgress. I want to put an auto-reply when the transition "Taken Into Account" only is being used.

How can I do so?

PS: I have the plugin AUTOMATION only.

Hi @Moorad HEETUN 

I guess you can't select a specific transition.

You can preferably set a value to random custom field as a post-function in" Taken Into Account" transition in workflow. After adding "When: Issue transitioned (New to InProgress)", you can add one more condition which is "Issue fields condition" to check that customfield value.
