Capacity Tracker Plugin cost

I work in an organisation with many projects in Jira but I want to use this plugin only in my project.   Is it possible to get a plugin that is only for the users of a particular project?

No, plugins have to be licenced at the level of the highest tier of application you have in Jira. 

If, for example, you have 50 Core users, 100 Software users and 12 Service Desk Agents, all plugins must be licenced for 100.

i would like to ask you about something else , you look have experience in agile and scrum Thank you .

So as a scum master i would like to help the development team , In the sprint planing , the development team choose user story with hight priority they  would like to  see in live their capaity ( stop pushing user story if they exceed their capacity ) , so they need a live measure of capacity .

What they can use in jira software to see their capacity measurement ?

If there are a native way , otherwise witch the best plugin to do that ?

Indeed Nic is right, there is no way to subset your users or projects on a licence. The best way to do this is to have a separate instance of Jira for that particular project.
