Thank you for your question. Unfortuantely these coloumns can't be changed. At this moment there is possibility to sort the issues. It can be done by Type, Key, Summary, Assignee, Reporter, Status and the date of Creation and Update (see the screenshot attached below)
Or oyu can create a custom filter during creation a new tab.
So during the step when you choose to create a new filter or to use saved, please choose "Create a custom filter" -> Select a project -> Filter by priority:

If the ability to customise columns could be worked on it would be great. It causes a lot of problems
* At the default size basically every text column is too small
* This include the key - the Key column should always be large enough to see the entire size.
* Not quite related, but the date format doesn't use the user's settings so everyone is forced to use the American format of M/d/yy.
