Copy Space Error: Space with an identical name (even though there is none)

Dear all,

I am using conflucence cloud and the "copy space add-on.

I am struggling to get it to work....after a host of 502 errors, I have stripped out all the documents to help it to work.

My spaces are only medium sized (300 pages).

I keep getting an error ..."there must be a space with an identical name" (this happened at the start a number of times, but when I flagged "include attachments" it went to 30% then gave me the error again...

Any suggestions as this copy space function is crucial to our business.

Does the copy space add-on work better on confluence server?

Any advice would be really appreciated...

I am getting the same error using Copy Space for Confluence in my Cloud test instance: 

An unexpected error occurred: a space may already exist with an identical title

I am moving this question to the Product Add-ons area of the Community to help get attention from the vendor of the add-on (Artemis Software).
