Hi all.
I have an issue where if a client replies to an email, JIRA creates a new issue, is it possible for JIRA to add an email's reply as a comment instead of creating a new issue when someone replies on a mail?
It's possible using incoming Mail handler, that has option to select create new issues or adding comment to existing issues.
Email exchange server configuration is required POP/IMAP supports.
Let me know it Jira server or cloud?
