Exclude Date Format missing in Forms for Confluence Date Picker

There should be an option to exclude the date format (show in parentheses) in responses according to the documentation (https://www.adaptavist.com/doco/display/F4C/Datepicker) but I don't see it in either Chrome or IE. I recently upgraded to 7.7.1. Not sure if this was an issue previously but it is now. Is this something Adaptavist missed or am I overlooking something?

I am running into the same issue where I don't show the exclude date format as an option in Chrome or IE.  Were you ever able to figure this out?

I have the same issue, the 'Exclude date format' option is not available (version 8.1.9).

I have sent a request via their 'contact' form, waiting for their feedback.
