Expected update for Jira 8.5.0?

Hi,

when will this plugin be compatible with latest 8.5.0?

Our POs like this very much, and I'm not sure if I can update from 8.2.3 to 8.5.0

If it's not compatible you can't upgrade. You either need to wait on the app to become compatible or get rid of it. You could try to contact the vendor via the email address listed in their vendor profile. Make sure to ask respectfully though since their app is free and they advertise it as unsupported in the Marketplace. :)
