Exported Timestamp Field Missing Date Info

Hi,

I am exporting a CSV file and the values in "First Response Date" field are not populating as they did previously. In the past I was able to convert this value into a usable date and timestamp in Excel. Now if I try to convert the value, I only get a timestamp. Any one got guidance on how I can get date to populate again?

try : open Excel, new document --> Data --> import from CSV, select de file and click open.

i had the same problem, but if i use this method it wil open correct

Your response has help me achieve the desired result. 

One thing I would like to note for other users, this will only works if the export file is raw. If you make any changes in Excel and attempt this method, it will not work.
