Fields Required Validator option

Hi, we have the option to create "Fields Required Validator" on Automation? (post function?)

Oh, wait, you mean using _Automation for Jira_? Automation from Jira doesn't integrate with workflows and thus doesn't provide workflow Validators nor Conditions. You need other apps for that, such as our JMWE app, or JSU, ScriptRunner, etc.

I want to create a validator on Switching statuses 

for example: 

Required field Validator

You just go to the Validators section, and add a new validator. I'm not sure what the question is.
