Has anyone used "conditional formatting using a formula" in an Xporter template?

Erin Collins September 5, 2018

I have an Excel template and it's working great but now I want to "pimp" it with some complex conditional formatting.

For my conditional formatting to highlight a row (not just the cell) I have the cells A17:O18 selected to apply, and the formula I'm using is

=OR($M17="Breached", $O17="Breached")

In the template, Row 16 is the column headers, Row 17 is where the iteration starts, and Row 18 is where the data variables are defined. Columns M and O are where the status"Breached" is found when present.

But...this isn't working, in that the conditional formatting isn't being applied. Any ideas?

(it does work perfectly in normal Excel mode, but not when used in an Xporter template)

Hi Erin,

The execution of Xporter should not affect the execution of Excel formulas.
Please report a problem in our service desk, here: https://jira.xpand-it.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/2

Best regards,

Xporter Team

I agree, it should not. And yet...complex conditional formatting doesn't appear to play well.
