How do I download OTJ Jira for outlook - get error?

Currently I have Jira Cloud and I use Microsoft 365 Outlook.  How do I download OTJ Jira for outlook because I keep getting an "Install Failed" error as shown below?  Also is it free?  If not is there a free version?

Hi @Jeanne Higgins do you use Jira Cloud or Server?

If you use Jira Cloud I suggest trying out Jira Cloud for Outlook made by Atlassian (it's completely free).

When I try downloading it I still get the "installation failed" error?OTJ Jira for Outlook Installation Failed Error 02152022V1.png

Still get error when trying to download.  I have the below MS Outlook 365 version.Outlook 365 version 03072022png.png
