How xRay cloud plugin pricing works for my jira instance users

We are planning to purchase  xRay test management plugin for our Jira cloud instance. I need your help in understanding how it calculate billing for different users of jira:

1. Is billing applicable for

       - Inactive jira users?

      - Users synced with Google directory?

      - Jira Help desk users?

2. How the billing works if few users got added near to the end of Annual billing scheme..e.g. If I purchase for 199 users and 4 to 5 users got added to jira just a month before first year license ends...

Your feedback will greatly help us to decide in purchasing the plugin.

RYour best bet is to reach out to X-ray support for precise answers. Having said that AFAIK all addons price similar so...

1. no - inactive Jira users do not apply
2. pricing is based upon active Jira users
3. I would ask this to X-ray support
