If you open the developers tools in your browser and you reload the page, can you actually see any error or any error status code returned by a resource from Insight (e.g. https://insight-cloud.riada.io)?
However, in case you don't see any error or you won't find any evidence by doing so, I would suggest to open a support request with the add-on vendor:

The 'internal server error' is returned by insight and therefore the best way to proceed in this case is to open a support request with them at: https://support.riada.se/
