Installing MathJax for use by LaTeX Math plugin

Hello. I have LaTeX Math installed. I wish to have it use MathJax. I have downloaded "mathjax-MathJax-v2.3-9-g78ea6af.zip" but it is not clear where (on our Confluence server) this should be unzipped to make it available to LaTeX Math. Can you help?

MathJax is included in LaTeX Math, so it is not necessary to install it yourself.
