When we have delivered an increment it makes sense to keep the increment available for history and tracking purposes but it also clutters the increment overview and demands that the user scrolls unnecessary long horisontally.
Is it possible to hide old increments or must I either delete or keep full visibility even though it seems like bad usability?
Hi John,
My name is Jared I'm one of the developers at Easy Agile that works on Programs.
Just to confirm are you referring to the Program Roadmap? The screen that lays out all your increments horizontally on a timeline?
I understand your frustration, we need to put a bit of work into the visualisation of old increments on that screen.
The current behaviour is to cut the timeline off 6 months in the past so it's not cluttered up with too much historical data.
When you first open the screen does it scroll to where you would expect? We currently try to scroll you to the current increment but if you're always having to scroll after opening the page we might have to update that.
I'll have a chat to our Product Managers and raise a feature request on our backlog for filtering this screen. Is your requirement just to hide all historical increments or would you like more fine grained filtering?
Kind Regards,
Jared Kells

Hi Jared
Thank you for getting back to me - that is much appreciated.
Yes, the screen that lays out the increments in a timeline and I wasn't aware of the 6 months behaviour. And yes it does scroll to the current increment.
It would be awesome if one could choose between:
Thank you!
Kind regards

Hi John,
