Is it possible to set up another field instead of Assignee for Resource view (WBS-Gantt-Chart plug)?

Example:  Jira ticket contains dates for testing and testers. Tester will become assignee only during some statuses. We want to plan testers workload using Resource view. And if it is possible to use not only Assignee field for Resource view we will use Tester field and solve our case

Unfortunately, you cannot set another field on resource view.
